INGREDIENTS:

  • Pork Spare Ribs
  • Spices
  • Almazan Kitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)

Today, we are hanging pork spare ribs on roast sticks in our dystopian factory kitchen. If you get your fire and the distance from the meat right, you will get this crunchy delicacy, that can hardly be compared to anything else. Although pork ribs could be made in a conventional oven, we suggest hanging them over a fire this way, as it is more fun and the meat gets to infuse the smoky flavor. You won’t be wrong if you choose to rinse your throat with a cold beer after this hearty meal. Cheers!

You will need these ingredients:

  • Pork Spare Ribs
  • Spices
  • Almazan Kitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)

Steps:

  1. Spice up Pork Spare Ribs with your favorite spice. (Feel free to try out Almazan Kitchen® Red Meat Spice Mix)
  2. Roast Ribs for 2.5 hours at 340 F / 170 C. (attenuated for the oven)
  3. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
