Every once in a while, we wish for a different steak, not savory but sweet. On such occasions, we love to caramelize our steak, use tons of red onions, honey, and brown sugar to produce those rich, nutty flavors and deep brown coloring. Caramelized Steak prepared this way has a complex taste spectrum and is very exciting to make. Can be topped off with some creamy cheddar, but you can skip that and just have the steak with a huge fresh salad and a mandatory pint.
