Chicken Wings – Super Hot BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-2 tbsp. Serbian extra hot dried chili
  • 1 tbsp. solid soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. sweet rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. green chili, minced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1kg free-range chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce (for marinade)

Careful! Super hot! 18+! Behold, stranger! Are you ready to witness the hell fire itself? Your mouth will cry in agony. But! If you love hot & spicy things like this amazing chicken wings in super hot BBQ sauce, you can proceed. It’s a special recipe! Free-range chicken wings on grill with our special BBQ sauce, containing homemade Serbian extra hot dried chili and killing hot fresh green chili! We warned you!

Steps:

Marinade the wings:

  • Put 1kg free-range chicken wings into the ceramic cooking pot.
  • Add 1/2 cup light soy sauce.
  • Leave to marinate for 2-24h, the more is better.

Extra super hot BBQ sauce(18+!):

  • Boil the water in the ladle.
  • 1 tbsp. secret ingredient… okay… okay…. solid soy sauce into the ladle, mix it well.
  • Transfer sauce from ladle to the bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp. oyster sauce.
  • Add 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce.
  • Add 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • Add 2 tbsp. tomato sauce.
  • Add 1/2 tbsp. sweet rice vinegar.
  • Add 1-2 tbsp. Serbian extra hot dried chili.
  • Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Mix everything well.
  • Mince and add 1/2 tsp. green chili.

Grilling the wings:

  • Prepare your BBQ-grill or brazier.
  • Fold the chicken wings and grill it for 30 min. Do not forget to flip sometimes.
  • Take big bowl and transfer grilled wings into it.
  • Add the extra super hot BBQ sauce to the wings.
  • Toss & mix everything well.
  • Back wings to grill for more 5 min.
