EASIEST PEPPER
STEAK RECIPE

 Serves: 4 portions

INGREDIENTS:

This is not exactly the wild, wild West, but we can’t say NO to a Cowboy Steak galloping our way. A good-quality steak is a must, that goes without saying. The cheese dip will add extra richness to the meat and turn the plain steak into a fun meal for a group of friends. Wash it down with a good beer!

You will need these ingredients:

  • Beef Chuck
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Butter, Flour
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Almazan Kitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)

Steps:

  1. Salt and Pepper Beef Chuck.
  2. Roast for 4 minutes on each side, repeat until doneness you want. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Melt 75g of butter, add 1.5 tbsp of flour, 1 cup of water, mix everything then add grated cheddar cheese. Stir cook until cheese melts in full.
  4. Serve steak with cheese dip.
  5. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
