Cheddar Stuffed Courgettes – Cooking Therapy




  • 3 organic courgettes
  • cheddar cheese
  • 2 organic tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh chilies
  • handful of fresh sage
  • handful of fresh chives

Outstanding and delicious courgettes stuffed with melted cheese and special AlmazanKitchen modified chutney. Delicious and easy! Everything made on fire in the forest from the organic homegrown ingredients with a notch of AlmazanKitchen passion. As always the recipe for every dish you can find on


Courgettes stuffed with cheese:

  1. Cut off the top and the bottom of the courgettes. Slice in half and then make a rings by removing the meat from the middle.
  2. Slice and shape the cheese exactly to fit into the courgettes rings.
  3. Preheat the pan, grease with oil.
  4. Cook the stuffed courgettes with cheese until cheese melts and courgettes become golden brown. Do not forget to flip halfway.

AlmazanKitchen chutney:

  1. Preheat the pan, grease with oil.
  2. Slice & dice 2 organic tomatoes, then chop it well until mushy consistency.
  3. Smash, unpeel and slice garlic cloves. Toss it into the pan.
  4. Slice 2 fresh chilies, toss into the pan.
  5. Add few fresh sage leaves. Stir and fry for a minute.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes. Slow cook until ready.


  1. Place the chutney onto the cutting board or a plate.
  2. Put the courgettes on the chutney.
  3. Finish off the dish with chopped fresh chives.
  4. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
