Fall of the Bone Chicken – feat. Mr. Ramsay the Owl

 Serves: 4 portions

INGREDIENTS:

Homemade Sausage 250 lbs/500g

Cheddar Chese 250 lbs/500g

Flour 250 lbs/500g

Wasabi Powder

Salt

Oil

Today Mr. Ramsay the Owl wanted some chicken thighs. What you can do if main chief gives you the order? Do the job of course! This time we made chicken thighs with mind blowing glazy sweet & sour sauce! Fall of the Bone Chicken!

You will need this ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 6 organic chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp. corn starch
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • waterfall water
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • fresh thyme
  • salt, pepper

Steps:

  1. Set the fireplace outdoor.

Chicken thighs:

  1. Salt & pepper 6 organic chicken thighs.
  2. Preheat the pan. Add veg. oil.
  3. Cook the thighs until ready. Flip halfway.

Sweet & sour sauce:

  1. Mix water with 1 tsp. of corn starch.
  2. When chicken thighs almost ready add 1 tbsp. of butter and 2 tbsp. of agave nectar. Mix well.
  3. Add 2 tbsp. of paprika. Stir & mix well!
  4. Chop handful of fresh thyme and toss it into the pan.
  5. Pour the corn starch with water in the pan. Stir well.
  6. Slow cook and coat the thighs in sauce well.
  7. Serve the thighs under the sauce.
  8. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!

    Do we not need directions as to the order of cooking. Looks so delicious. I did watch the video. Just thought there most be an order.

    I will wager Mr. Ramsay asked for the seventh thigh ‘rare’ and sauce on the side.
