HUNG STEAK WITH

GRILLED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • Beef Tenderloin
  • Bell Pepper, Egg Plant, Zucchini, Tomato
  • Rosemary
  • Almazan Kitchen® Red Meat Mix
  • Oil
  • Almazan Kitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)

We are preparing a hung steak spiked with Almazan Kitchen Red Meat Mix, served with organic grilled veggies. The meat should be moist and soft, try not to overdo it. Before you get busy with the steak, take a moment and enjoy the beauty of the old village surrounded by the serene and placid nature, where hills and valleys melt into each other… Can you imagine a more beautiful kitchen? Dig in and enjoy!

Steps:

  1. Slice Bell Pepper, Egg Plant, Zucchini, and Tomato.
  2. Fry on a grill pan for a few minutes on each side with rosemary.
  3. Spice up Beef Tenderloin with Almazan Kitchen® Red Meat Mix.
  4. Roast the meat in the oven for 15 min on 570 F/300 C.
  5. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
