Awesome Teppanyaki by Almazan Kitchen! What is Teppanyaki? It’s a style of Japanese cuisine that uses griddle to cook food. We grill it on stone! Because Almazan Kitchen and Nature are almost synonyms! Easy yet flavorful with fresh mixed chili butter!

Steps:

  1. Slice 3 chili peppers, 20g of ginger, blend and mix up with 100g of butter.
  2. Preheat flat thin stone.
  3. Oil and salt the kobe beef from both sides.
  4. Grill for 2.5 min each side until doneness you want.
  5. Serve with chili butter!
  6. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!

First time I have come across your sight and I can’t wait to give these a try. Where do I get a stone to cook on like your square one that you did the steak on by the little lake? I looked on your site but didn’t see one. Maybe you should add that to your product offering. I’m going to get one of your knives for sure.
