Some of them want just a regular pizza, but you, my friend, want kulen calzone!
Let us introduce you Serbian style calzone, which means a folded pizza. Hot, nourishing and just an outstanding tasty kulen calzone!
- Cover cutting board with some flour to prevent from sticking.
- Take 1/4 from the dough, attenuate it.
- Cut in half.
- Slice 150g homemade kulen into cubes.
- Toss & fry kulen cubes on the high temp for 3 min.
- Preheat the oven +570°F(+300°C)
- Brush the edges of the dough with egg white.
- Put 150g homemade white cheese onto one of the halves.
- Add fried kulen to the cheese.
- Cover with another half and press the edges.
- Bake for 5-7 min.
- Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
