PAN SEARED STEAK

INGREDIENTS:

Pan-seared steak, thy name is simplicity! A steady fire, a pan, and a steak are all the things you need. Any peaceful part of nature can be turned into a kitchen. Being surrounded with fields of wild mint can’t hurt either, so pick a handful of it and mix it with homemade butter to fry the meat on. Enjoy this no-fret, made-in-minutes delicacy!

Steps:

  1. Blend slab of butter with wild mint to make aromatic butter.
  2. Salt Sirloin Steak.
  3. Sear in a pan for 4 minutes on each side on medium-high heat, repeat until doneness you want.
  4. Add aromatic butter and fresh rosemary midway.
  5. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
