Poached egg and toast is not just something you put together and eat up. To us, it’s a work of art. Pick your surroundings and colors carefully. Clash your purples and yellows against the green hues of the forest. Sprinkle your avocado with black salt. Steps:

1. Mix chopped Red Onion and Red Cherry. Dress with balsamico and olive oil to taste.
2. Toast the Rye Bread slice with melted butter and rosemary.
3. Poach eggs in the water using a spoon as we did in the video.
4. Built the sandwich using sliced avocado with salt and vinegar, smoked salmon slices, salsa from step #1, and poached eggs.
5. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
