I made this tonight for the family. Chicken was phenomenal, Marinade adds a great flavor to the crispy fried chicken. I screwed up making the sweet and sour sauce. It’s pretty easy (IMO) to burn the brown sugar, which I did with flair! I also think the recipe uses way too much red pepper in the sweet and sour glaze. I will surely make this again, but I will make a different dipping sauce.
Love you cooking videos on youtube. Truly inspirational.

What is the amount of chili flakes, vinegar?

I watched the video and I believe the “Red Paste” you’re referring to is a combination of the Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Ginger and Paprika all ground together to form the paste.

What was that red paste you added to the chicken?

Hi. In the video you add vinegar to the sauce right? How much did you give?
