STEP BY STEP
1. Slice 3 chili peppers, 20g of ginger, blend and mix up with 100g of butter.
2. Preheat flat thin stone.
3. Oil and salt the kobe beef from both sides.
4. Grill for 2.5 min each side until doneness you want.
5. Serve with chili butter!
