STEP BY STEP
1. Mix chopped Red Onion and Red Cherry. Dress with balsamico and olive oil to taste.
2. Toast the Rye Bread slice with melted butter and rosemary.
3. Poach eggs in the water using a spoon as we did in the video.
4. Built the sandwich using sliced avocado with salt and vinegar, smoked salmon slices, salsa from step #1, and poached eggs.
