STEP BY STEP

Steps:

1. Debone chicken thighs.
2. Make the marinade: finely chopped ginger, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder, curry, milk. Marinate chicken for 24h.
3. Gril the chicken thighs on 350C for 3 min on each side.
4. Then baste them with BBQ sauce and grill on 250C for another 2 min on each side.
5. Melt ground cheddar, add pre-cooked corn and serve.
