1. Salt and Pepper Beef Chuck.
2. Roast for 4 minutes on each side, repeat until doneness you want. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. Melt 75g of butter, add 1.5 tbsp of flour, 1 cup of water, mix everything then add grated cheddar cheese. Stir cook until cheese melts in full.
4. Serve steak with cheese dip.
