STEP BY STEP
Steps:
1. Mix 1 cup of flour, with ½ tsp. of salt, olive oil and water. Mix and knead well. Form a ball, cover with something and leave to rest.
2. Grind 1 heaped tbsp. of curry with ½ tsp. of salt in the mortar using pestle. Add 1tsp. of candi sugar and 1tbsp. of cashew. Grind and mix well again.
3. Chop 300g of beef fillet, coat it well with the spice mix from step #2.
4. Chop chili pepper and handful of parsley. Mix it with pumpkin seed paste and lime juice.
5. Divide dough into 4 parts. Flatten out and attenuate each, wrap spiced meat into it.
6. Fill the deep pan with oil and heat it. Deep-fry rolls until crispy golden brown. (WARNING! HOT OIL IS DANGEROUS!)
7. Serve with sauce from pumpkin seed paste.

This delicious crispy steak rolls are something you can’t resist to try, dip-fried on fire and served with amazing sauce made of pumpkin seed paste, chili pepper for the hot flavor and handful of fresh parsley!
