1. Slice 3-4 Red Onions.
2. Melt slob of butter, add sliced onions and fry for 1 hour on low heat. 3. Do not forget to stir and toss. Salt to taste and add 1-2 tbsp. of honey.
4. Spice up Sirloin Steak with Almazan Kitchen® Red Meat Mix to taste.
5. Grill for 7 min each side, repeat until doneness you want. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
6. Heat the cream on low heat, add a handful of grated cheddar cheese and let it melt. Mix well.
