Godlike 8 Hour Slow – Cooked Heavenly Tender Meat



1. Add ÂĽ cup of water to the pot, put in 4-5 ham hocks.
2. Add 2-3-star anises and 1 tsp. of ginger powder. Slow cook for 6-8 hours on low heat.
3. Make bechamel sauce by mixing 2 tbsp. of melted butter, hand of flour and ½ cup of milk. Slow-cook until rich saucy consistency.
4. Add bechamel sauce, pecorino cheese, lavender cheese, and grated curcuma root to the pot. Cover with lid and roast for 15-20 min.
