STEP BY STEP
1. Mix dried oregano with 1tsp. of chili oil, Himalayan salt and olive oil.
2. Slice 1kg of pork neck into thin slices then hammer it.
3. Coat all schnitzels in marinade from step #1. Skewer everything up onto device.
4. Grill for 1h on 446 F/230 C. Do not forget to place pan under the device to drain the own sauce.
5. Dip pita bread into own sauce from the inside.
6. Add all veggies and meat to taste.
