STEP BY STEP
1. Chop fresh Mint and Spring Onions.
2. Slice Chili Pepper, Bell Pepper, Avocado.
3. Rub Shrimps in Almazan Kitchen® Fish Spice Mix.
4. Melt 25g of butter over medium-high heat, coat the bottom of the pan.
5. Toss in seasoned Shrimps and chopped greens.
6. Cook shrimps for 3-5 minutes on each side, flipping once midway.
7. Soak Rice Paper in water.
8. Fill soaked rice paper with bell pepper & avocado strips, shrimps, and chili peppers.
9. Wrap and fold rice paper around the filling.
10. Serve with sauce to your preference!
