1. Coat rib-eye steak with “Kansas Rub” spice mix from all sides.
2. Melt 200g of butter, add chopped spring onion. Stir and fry for 5 min.
3. Add chopped 2-3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp. of Worcester sauce, 1 tbsp. of mustard and 1⁄2 cup of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whisky (If you’re using campfire as we do or a gas burner, alcohol will fire up, it’s totally normal). Let the alcohol evaporate, then add 2 tbsp. of brown sugar, let it melt. Do not forget to stir. Slow-cook until rich consistency.
4. Grill steak for 3 min each side (repeat until doneness you want).
5. Cut steak into slices.
6. Serve under Jack Daniel’s Whisky sauce.
