STEP BY STEP
1. Smash handful of chives, parsley, rocket and baby spinach in the mortar using pestle. Add 1 tbsp. of sesame oil. Mix and stir well.
2. Preheat cooking surface. (392 F/200 C)
3. Salt & pepper the steak.
4. Cook for 2.5 min each side, repeat until doneness you want.
5. Serve under the sauce.
