1. Slice chili peppers, dice cheddar cheese and bacon, chop wild mint. Mix everything together.
2. Mix 1 tbsp. of chili flakes with meat mince.
3. Stuff meat mince with filling from step #1. Form a patty.
4. Grill for 10 min each side on 350 F/ 180 C.
5. Form a burger.
