1. Make a grid out of bacon, as we did in the video.
2. Cut off the top of the pineapple, then peel it and scoop out the meat from the middle.
3. Stuff pineapple with mozzarella bites and sausages. Cover with the pineapple top we have left.
4. Wrap around with bacon grid.
5. Roast for 10-12 min at 390 F / 200 C.
