STEP BY STEP
1. Slice & dice Lamb Cut, salt, and spice up to taste. Knead and mix well, form a patty. Leave in a cold dark place for a few hours.
2. Grill patty for 10 min each side.
3. Grill the bacon for 1 min on each side.
4. Coat cheese in whisked eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry for 5 min on 320 F/160 C.
6. Build the burger: bottom bun, mayo, lettuce, tomato, lamb patty, deep-fried cheese, bacon, top bun.
7. Grab a beer (optional)
