THE QUESADILLA

STEP BY STEP

Steps:

1. Mix 2 hands of flour, 1 hand of water, and ½ tsp. of salt. Knead well, form a ball and leave to rest for 20 min.
2. Cut in half, attenuate and flatten out the dough. Grill for 30 sec. each side on high heat.
3. Slice & dice Chicken Breast and Red Onion. Fry on medium-high heat for 15 min. Add spices and 1 tbsp. of Double Cream. Let the cream melt then mix everything well.
4. On a low heat melt 1 tsp. of grate cheddar, place the first tortilla on it, add the filling and grate milk cheese, cover with the second tortilla. Fry for 5 min on each side.
5. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!

Quesadillas are super easy, quick, and cheap to make. They are fun and groovy, plus you probably have all the ingredients you need for a quesadilla in your fridge anyway.
