STEP BY STEP

Steps:

1. Attach turkey leg to the rope above the fire with side heating.
2. Coat turkey leg with olive oil and add salt from all sides. Put pan beneath the leg to gather the juice.
3. Roast turkey leg for 120 min, it should always spin.
4. Toss into the pan handful of brussels sprouts and 1 tbsp. of capers. Mix well and fry for a few minutes until golden brown texture. Add some dill.
5. Serve everything together.
