1. Wash 4-5 Potatoes, cut each into sticks.
2. Melt 75g of butter on medium heat, add 1 tbsp. of Flour, mix well. Add ┬Ż cup of Milk, 1.5 tsp. of Tomato Paste, and 1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, salt to taste. Stir cook until thick and smooth.
3. Heat oil to 340 F / 170 C. Deep-fry potatoes for 5 minutes, take it out, let it cool down, and then fry it for 10 more minutes at 320 F / 160 C.
4. Serve with Mozzarella Curds under Gravy from step #2.
