1. Rub Brisket Cut with a good amount of Almazan Kitchen® Red Meat Spice Mix. Leave overnight, or better for a few days in a cold dark place.
2. Roast for 1 hour on 300 F / 150 C.
3. Lower the heat to 230 F / 110 C and roast for 3 hours more.
