Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with the received goods. However, if the goods arrived damaged or faulty, you may return them to us and get a replacement/partial refund/full refund, depending on the facts of the case.
A restocking fee will be applied to any international package that gets returned due to rejection, duties & taxes, or incorrect address.
If you have received faulty or damaged goods, you need to contact us within 72 hours from the receipt of the goods. The received goods which you intend to return must not be used and must have original packaging, if not – the return is subject to denial.

You will get all information about the return process there. Please act in line with provided instructions. When mailing back the item, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse a package, the shipping will not be refunded.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, as circumstances warrant.
