INGREDIENTS:

• Meat Mince
• Bacon
• Cheddar Cheese, Kaymak
• Chili Peppers
• Wild Mint
• Chili Flakes, Salt
• Almazan Kitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)

There is no better place to stuff a burger in a Serbian way than where the wild mint grows…😊! Chop, slice, and dice everything you’ve got, all the veggies and cheese, and fill your burger with that aromatic and tasty mixture. Grill the patty to your taste, we like it medium done. Enjoy the Serbian stuffed burger in solitary confinement if you want it all for yourself or be generous and share it with someone special. A pint of cold beverage can’t hurt a burger, so go for it.

Steps:

1. Slice chili peppers, dice cheddar cheese and bacon, chop wild mint. Mix everything together.
2. Mix 1 tbsp. of chili flakes with meat mince.
3. Stuff meat mince with filling from step #1. Form a patty.
4. Grill for 10 min each side on 350 F/ 180 C.
5. Form a burger.
6. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
