THE CHEESEBURGER

(LAMB)

  • Lamb Cut (30% fat)
  • Bacon
  • Camembert
  • Eggs, Breadcrumbs
  • Spices
  • Bun
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo
  • Oil
  • Almazan Kitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)

Let’s go for a lamb cheeseburger today! Lamb meat is a high-quality protein source, mainly composed of lean meat but, as you can see in our video, it also has some amount of delicious fat. Lamb cheeseburgers are a fun way to eat lamb. Give it a try with some fried cheese of your choice. Of course, you are welcome to build a giant lamb cheeseburger, just like we did.

You will need these ingredients:

  • Lamb Cut (30% fat)
  • Bacon
  • Camembert
  • Eggs, Breadcrumbs
  • Spices
  • Bun
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo
  • Oil
  • Almazan Kitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)

Steps:

  1. Slice & dice Lamb Cut, salt, and spice up to taste. Knead and mix well, form a patty. Leave in a cold dark place for a few hours.
  2. Grill patty for 10 min each side.
  3. Grill the bacon for 1 min on each side.
  4. Coat cheese in whisked eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry for 5 min on 320 F/160 C.
  5. Build the burger: bottom bun, mayo, lettuce, tomato, lamb patty, deep-fried cheese, bacon, top bun.
  6. Grab a beer (optional)
  7. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
