INGREDIENTS:

What do you need for an awesome dinner? Beef Shoulder Steak slow-cooked on the special wooden cage over the coals, and aromatic butter made from scratch! Bushcraft cooking on fire all the way up! Look how easy you can do everything with just one tool – Almazan Kitchen Knife! Chop the fresh parsley and then smear, blend and mix it up with butter into aromatic butter – everything with just one knife! You will need these ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Cover the beef shoulder steak with special Steak Rub from all sides.
  2. Chop fresh parsley very finely, add some dried thyme. Blend and mix everything with 200g of butter.
  3. The following numbers are for house ovens. Fry the steak for 3 min on each side on high heat. Then place in the oven heated to 390 F /200 C for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with aromatic butter!
  5. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!

    Love your open fire cooking, I was a Boy Scout at 12 and got Eagle at 15,was assistant scoutmaster then Scoutmaster till I was 36 and went camping one weekend a month year round with out missing a single month until I got out at 36 and could cool anything my mom cooked on open fire, even did caveman steak that they call a newer version now, but you take this to a restaurant chef level and I enjoy all your bids I have wanted so far and love that you don’t talk during the video, and the photorapy is fantastic,guess your partner does it. I only found your channel a week ago and I am definitely ordering your knife soon, lived in NC all my life till I retired and moved to Florida last 6 years,and am 71 years old , so thanks for the best videos I have watched and am doing the rope gyro soon for my neighbors. Ps we also did chicken in ground on vampires to give many a chance to taste it, will eventually watch all your videos
