INGREDIENTS:

Today we give you brisket, a specific piece of veal or beef, and if prepared properly – very rich in taste and texture. Brisket needs to stay tender so don’t overdo it. With a generous helping of Almazan Kitchen Red Meat Mix and the fire made just right, brisket can’t go wrong. The idea is to get a juicy and tasty piece of lean meat, large enough to feed your whole crew!

You will need these ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Rub Brisket Cut with a good amount of Almazan Kitchen® Red Meat Spice Mix. Leave overnight, or better for a few days in a cold dark place.
  2. Roast for 1 hour on 300 F / 150 C.
  3. Lower the heat to 230 F / 110 C and roast for 3 hours more.
  4. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
