INGREDIENTS:

• free-range egg
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• white mulberries
• white chocolate
• fresh mint
• 1 tbsp. cream
• 1 tbsp. cream cheese
• peach brandy
• 1 tsp. wild cherry juice
• flour, 1/2 cup of water, oil, butter

Hi and welcome to AlmazanKitchen!

This time we got some white mulberries for our special crepe dessert! With notes of wild berries, chocolate and cream! Fast and easy! Still wild and very tasty! You will like it for sure! Do not hesitate to try it out!

Steps:

Crepe:

1. Take your grinder, add 1 free-range egg, mix it. Fingers are the best mixer!
2. Add 1/2 tsp. salt.
3. Add 1 hand of flour.
4. Mix it well!
5. Add 1/2 cup of water.
6. Preheat the pan, add some oil.
7. Make a crepe.
8. Roll the crepe.
9. Cut the crepe into strips.
10. Fry the crepe strips for 1 min.
11. Transfer to the cutting board.

Filling:

1. Smash the white mulberries in the wooden bowl.
2. Preheat the pan, add butter.
3. Add smashed mulberries.
4. Toss & fry for 1 min.
5. Add 1 tbsp. cream.
6. Toss & fry for 1 min. more.
7. Add 1 tbsp. cream cheese.
8. Mix, toss & fry for 1 min. more.
9. Add 3 small bars of white chocolate.
10. Wait for chocolate to melt.
11. Add crepe strips.
12. Add 1 tsp. peach brandy.
13. Toss & fry for 1 min. more.
14. Add 1 tsp. wild cherry juice.

Decorating:

1. Add some fresh mint above.
2. And few drops of cherry juice
3. Enjoy! Bon Almazan!
