The fast answers, before you write
- Tracking: it reaches you by email the moment your order is dispatched. Check spam if you cannot find it.
- Shipping: tracked worldwide, free over $199, usually 1 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your country.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging.
- Knife care: hand wash, dry immediately, oil occasionally. Never the dishwasher.
