Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with the received goods. However, if the goods arrived damaged or faulty, you may return them to us and get a replacement, partial or full refund, depending on the facts of the case.
A restocking fee of 27% will be applied to any international package that gets returned due to rejection, rejection to pay duties & taxes, or incorrect address. In addition, shipping costs related to the return in the above-mentioned cases are non-refundable.
The items included in the final sale are non-refundable.
If you have received faulty or damaged goods, you need to contact us within 72 hours of the receipt of the goods. The received goods that you intend to return must not be used and must have original packaging; if not - the return is subject to denial. After receiving the package and contacting us within 72 hours, you have 14 days to return the goods.

You will get all the information about the return process there. Please act in line with the provided instructions. When mailing back the item, we strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, however, the shipping cost will be refunded in case the returned item was defective when first shipped to you.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, as circumstances warrant.
